馬拉盞煎豬扒

係既, 又係馬拉盞. 因為煮極都煮唔係太好味, 總之要整到滿意為止啦


今次聽話d, 用蒜蓉干蔥蓉一齊醃


豬扒先用針吉下等醃料易入味


二面都塗上醃料, 醃一晚


加左蒜頭同干蔥, 好味得多....得喇, 禾滿意了, 收手

  2. 仙,我通常用幾大份量醃料醃老豬,点解你用咁少嘅?加咗鹽??
    [版主回覆06/15/2011 09:55:00]禾相反, 醃野用少少調味料, 亦唔多加鹽/鼓油, 跟食譜煮野自己cut哂d份量既呢.  要入味d 就醃過夜囉.
