今次想食西式野, 不過有一個大難題, 就係禾既小侄仔既超極敏感體質....巧慘架, 年頭開始食巧多野都有敏感反應 (矛計, 禾成家都係allergy體質) , 不能食 豆/花生/nuts/蛋/牛奶/cream/cheese/牛/海鮮.
可能係小朋友關係,佢不單單對以上食物既"原物"有反應, 直頭係有呢D成份都唔得. 例如"豆", 一粒粒豆當然唔掂得, 但佢就嚴重到以大豆制既鼓油生粉都唔食得, 一食就出紅诊, 又痕又腫巧可憐. 巧多時食飯去街都不可以跟大家食一模一樣既野, 要另外點一D 矛油矛調味既食物, 對於一個5歲既小朋友巧殘忍呢.
所以, 今次禾希望儘量整一D小朋友可以一齊食既野, 等佢開心一D.
(1) 蕃茄濃湯 , 配小麵包 , 蜜糖雞翼, 煙肉蘆筍, 水果沙律

蕃茄濃湯以16隻大圓茄淆成, 鮮濃美味, 其中侄仔果份矛加牛奶, 但外表上絕對睇唔出, 佢飲得巧開心呢.

遷就小朋友既口味, 蜜糖雞翼只係之前一晚以極少椒鹽醃一醃, 煎熟之後就加蜜糖焗; 煙肉蘆筍簡單但小朋友歡喜. 水果沙律只以蘋果/黃金菠蘿/粟米粒/紫洋蔥絲伴蜜糖芥末油.

(2) 煎鵝肝配焦糖蘋果酸車里汁加天使麵; 清炒雜菜
呢一碟係大人食既, 小朋友食上面既野已經飽哂, 一早離開餐檯周圍玩了 XDDD

2款甜品都有奶/cream既, 不過份量儘量少, 幸好小朋友食完矛事, 否則就死火了.

加茄膏, 糖, 著仔粒, 蕃茄, 水 --> 滾起之後細火煮60分鐘

以攪拌器打開, 先留起2大碗比侄仔飲既. 其他既下紅椒粉, 鹽 調味, 最後加牛奶再以細火煮熱. serve時間以小小cream裝飾.

(a) 酸車里汁 : 20粒左右既frozen酸車里, 1/2杯意大利醋, 2湯匙port酒, 糖, 檸檬汁
全部野入煲細細火煮20分配左右, 不時攪拌一下, 見杰身就ok

(d) 鵝肝煎之前10分鐘由"freezer"拎出, 一買番黎就入freezer千萬唔好放冷凍位, 以麵粉撲上形式藝技feel (亦可以用呢隻可可脂, 封油效果更佳, 禾懶只係用麵粉 xddd)

呢隻鵝肝第一次試, 係piago 有售, $100/100g (比r牌既平少少), 不過都係r好味巧多呢, 下次都係去番sogo買, 高20%既價位都係值既.

(e) 煎鵝肝同時以開水煮天使麵 (只需煮2分鐘), 煎完鵝肝之後以pan入面既鵝油炒一炒天使麵.不浪費一分一滴精華, yummy yummy!

menu係2日之前想定既 (因為侄仔太多野唔食得). 買料就之前一晚+當日都有買(羊架/蝦/菇 都要即日買). 之前一晚整定2款甜品+醃雞翼. 其他野都係當日大概3pm之後開始摩打手預備囉. XDDD

(2) 好想有一個大焗爐, 就可以一次過焗多d 檸檬tart
(3) 好想買多一個雪櫃, 而家既小形2門ref 已經不勝負荷, 每當請人食飯就堆爆佢...今次禾連牛牛既蛋糕都唔敢拎先, 要人黎齊先落樓下拎cake, 即買即影即切即食...就係因為雪櫃矛位放蛋糕 jumpsad
