仙,我通常用幾大份量醃料醃老豬,点解你用咁少嘅?加咗鹽??[版主回覆06/15/2011 09:55:00]禾相反, 醃野用少少調味料, 亦唔多加鹽/鼓油, 跟食譜煮野自己cut哂d份量既呢. 要入味d 就醃過夜囉.
