馬拉盞焗法國春雞

話說上星期睇街坊廚神, 見到有一味 "馬拉盞焗雞"...照抄啦~~

材料 : 法國白皮春雞, 馬拉盞, 雞湯



預備馬拉盞醃料, 多油爆香馬拉盞直至發出香味, 加少少雞湯煮開, 放涼


抹在春雞既內內外外, 厚肉之脾位不防以針一下另佢易入味. 醃一晚


企得直一直入爐去, 180" 35分鐘 (全熟, 想生少少就25-30分鐘)


好好味既春雞丫, 下次要試馬拉盞豬扒~~

    我同我老友搜尋各大惠康、Marketplace都搵唔到呀!我唔濟呀!我又要呀!邊間買架!快啲開估,如果唔係我賴死唔走...kekeke!
