經過左2個星期, 禾先可以收拾心情打呢一篇紀錄, 先可以再一次睇返Pika係呢段日子的點滴.

Ad Hoc Club (4) :帶子

Ad Hoc Club 黎到Chapter 4 , 今次係仙女提議既"帶子", 主要都係之前用左蔬菜/牛肉, 今次選擇海鮮類, 就選左帶子Scallop.

Ad Hoc Club (3) : Braised Boneless Short Ribs with Homemade Pasta 低溫燉焗牛肋肉

Ad Hoc Club黎到第3次了, 今次既主題係Gobby建議的"牛".

牛的菜式林林總總, 花多眼亂, 任何國家都有好多有特式既"牛"食法, 仙女真係R爆頭去想, 應該煮咩呢?

後來係整 ad hoc club 食譜卡的時侯, 因為想有一個"logo"上網搵靈感, 見到"
ad hoc at home", 叮一聲, 想返轉頭禾地最初商量呢個event既"朵" 就係因為好鐘意thomas keller既ah hoc at home, 所以先訂立 ad hoc club 呢個朵......咁提起thomas 又點少得佢既招牌菜式Braised Beef Short Ribs呢, 一於就煮呢一味啦. 食譜禾有因應自己做法改動少少(有8-9成跟左), 反正網上已經流傳full version recipe好耐, 大家在網上好易搵到原著呢.

照抄大天才的食譜當然好OK, 咁...都要加少少自己野既...就係...登登登, 自家手制意大利麵了.
