用Panasonic麵粉機既Pizza Dough program, 跟機既食譜 (屋企矛低粉, 跟唔到11r既 :p). 呢個份量可以整2個25cm大既pizza....禾整左一半, 即係一個大pizza 既 dough.

45分鐘 P仔已經打好麵團, 仲經過2次既發酵, 太太太方便了. 張個dough一分二, 打算分2日食, 每日一個15cm左右既pizza.

滾圓之後用濕布覆蓋, 醒麵15分鐘, 同時開焗爐200" preheat, 記得要將個焗盤一切preheat就會有脆卜卜既pizza了, 多謝11R教路. (禾矛入雪櫃再發幾粒鐘丫, 即打即食...都好好味, 嘻嘻)

15分鐘之後, 用baking paper墊底, 撖開, 薄d薄d薄d, 之後用乂拮下.

掃一層pizza醬, 小仙cheap矛特別去買, 用平時既意粉醬, 灑上硬芝士.

舖一層辣肉腸, 50g buffulo mozzarella, 少少菜 (因為菜焗完黑哂, 呢個階段唔落都得)

見到有一件煎雞肶肉 (餸尾), 落埋 xddddd

入爐前再灑上芝士碎. 200度15分鐘.

非常好味, 以後唔洗出街食啦, 超方便, 連頭去尾都係1.5小時, 就有yummy pizza啦~~
