肥死人


買左一pack 英式muffin....好想整egg benedict....



但係一想起個Hollandaise Sauce.....想起要用哂成尊牛油....就有D淆底....都係整一個A貨算吧, 88荷蘭汁, 88 Poached egg....

miffin先對切, 用牛油煎香煎脆 (如果入焗爐就200度, 焗至果面脆)


禾就覺得用煎PAN , 2面各煎2分鐘巧方便.



鹹版, 夾煙肉,上面加一隻溏心荷包蛋


甜版, 淋上蜜糖,朱古力醬


巧巧巧味丫, 不過亦巧巧巧肥丫~~~
