Pad Thai

成日係餐廳食Pad Thai, 唔知自己整唔整到呢




先將泰式米粉浸軟, 約需20分鐘


正常pad thai係配蝦既, 不過今日唔想食蝦就配火腿條


以2-3湯匙油炒豆腐干同火腿


加一隻雞蛋, 唔好攪拌, 弱火至半熟, 加入pad thai 醬


加入浸軟之米粉


快手攪拌, 最後熄火之後加少少蔥段


好大碟丫, 飽!
