芝士爆炒龍蝦...頭

前一排, 好友黎禾度食飯, 生劏左2隻龍蝦, 個身食左留返2個頭同埋2對"夾"係freezer...好阻位丫, 要快快攪掂佢先得.


開邊..都幾多肉同膏喎


上生粉, 爆一爆, 之後預備左洋蔥芝士料, 爆炒


Yummy!  Yummy!  自隊左一大杯白酒, 開心哂.
