La Bouteille

上個月去完呢間位於中環既私房菜, 尋晚同爸爸慶生再食, 最初禾以為個menu會個個月轉, 但原來有8成野係一樣既呢 (http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/fairy_ha@ymail.com/article?mid=1323)




尋晚選擇左以下菜式

Starter:

Smoke salmon with avocado sauce

Iceland prawn

French onion Soup

Foie gras with beetroot sauce



Main Dish: Roasted cornish hem with truffle mushroom

Refreshment : Strawberry with yoghurt

Dessert : Mango+Passion fruit+Blood orange sorbet

Drink: Regular Coffee

Smoke salmon with avocado sauce  --> 呢個一般, 好似上次既帶子配甘荀有驚喜一些. smoke salmon個味太易認, 牛油果加檸檬又普通左d呢

French onion Soup -->  禾都係鐘意mushroom soup 多D, 個aftertaste回味好多呢



Foie gras with beetroot sauce --> 煎鵝肝依舊出色, 外脆內軟, 又香又濃, 但係紅菜頭汁禾就唔識欣賞了, 好似矛味咁呢



Roasted cornish hem with truffle mushroom --> 上次見朋友食好似好得, 今次就選擇左佢做主菜.......個雞脾巧巧味丫, 有濃郁既雞味, 又唔UN....雞身就一定矛咁滑啦, 不過雞味都真係巧正, 唔知禾可唔可以試煮呢? 研究下先.



至於refreshment 同 dessert 既選擇都係同上次一樣, 個血橙sorbet真係幾特別, 不過難唔到禾, 禾有信心整到

La Bouteille 明年 年初因為樓宇拆卸需要暫停營業, 而家都未知會係邊一度另起爐灶, 如果有興趣試既朋友就要抓緊日子啦
