紅油

交功課時間 : 在Rachel's Kitchen 一連二堂學左用 "紅油" 去煮野, 一個擔擔麵已經夠囉命, 再加多一味 "口水雞" 真係招架不住....死死地氣鑽研"紅油", 希望儘快可以試煮呢兩個天下矛敵既菜式啦. 

幾個同學仔, 好衰, 一致決定搵唔在場既高B 攪掂個紅油, 難為佢傻傻下都唔知禾地UP咩... 

大鑊油等高B, 等待既日子, 小仙cheap cheap地試下偷步整先, 係禾間包羅萬有既超市, 當然有Rachel 話可以頂一頂代一代四川既椒.



紅油制法: 以菜油煮至90度, 極細火煮chili 幾分鐘, 入樽浸3-4日. 攪掂.

呢度只夠用一次, 過幾日就可以試整口水雞了, 諗下都興奮.

同埋加映: 因為要知道油溫, 第一次玩呢個溫度計, 巧巧反丫, pika大佬係冷血架, 得22度咋

  4. my hubby also use the "toy" to check Yiu's temp and enjoy playing with it... he is very stupid ... but the most crazy one is Almond Gor!!!!

  9. 我今日都買左辣椒浸紅油, 想知道你d辣椒做完紅油後點處置 ? 我今日用左成100克, 都好多下, 掉左去又好浪費咁.
