膠膠捉住手仔教蛋卷


全部起源係佢..一隻玫瑰粉紅色長方形焗盤, 顏色美麗之餘仲有"直角", 天生就係用黎焗蛋卷既.

請膠膠捉住手仔教, 因為知道整甜品經驗好重要, 有人教同睇食譜書係兩回事呢. 同場仲有烏龍, 佢只係黎玩下, 佢一早掂哂架啦, 得禾一條仙on居居唔識整蛋糕架咋 :)

Passion Fruit with Hazelhut & Fruit Cream Egg Roll
蛋糕部份用鮮渣熱情果汁+青檸皮做主味道, 清香之餘少少酸咪咪咁, 係禾喜歡的味道.

Filling部份加左焀焙過的榛子果仁, 仲加埋士多啤利粒/奇異果粒. 實在好豐富呀.

禾一定會交功課架. 等等禾啦. 



整完蛋卷, 仙女都預備左少少finger food大家食既 :) 全部都係好簡單既. 多謝哂~~

<車里茄煙肉>
里茄係底部切少少(企得穩), 上部份切梗去籽, 放一小片炸香的煙肉, 加沙律醬


<芝士青瓜三文魚籽>
就係圖片見到既...一片餅干+芝士+青瓜+干蔥+三文魚籽

<小串豬肉丸>

<牛角麵包2款>
杏仁牛角包: 瓖入日本紅蟹肉 (加洋蔥/紅椒粉/辣椒豉油/辣椒仔/沙律醬)
焦糖牛角包: 配芝士火腿片
