豉油汁雞中翼

矛喇喇屋企有一支豉油雞汁...唔知從何而黎...只知道快到期了, 就用左佢吧.



矛難道, 技巧...只係買雞中翼, 煲滾呢樽豉油汁, 加50%水, 加2小片bayleave少少冰糖


極細火, 12分鐘


食得


食後感: 李錦記真係唔得, 調味仙都救唔到, 返魂乏術.

    [版主回覆06/14/2013 16:21:36]禾矛特別心水呀, 一般都係買日本豉油, 選減鹽version咋. 之前試過9薯園都好味, 不過好難買到...禾放棄左了.
