梅光軒拉麵

北海渡梅光軒, 一間有名既拉麵店, 基本上去札幌都不期然會去食返一碗.

見到香港有拉麵包, 分別有醬油同味噌2款, 試下先.






每一包有麵底一個, 醬汁一袋, 根據instruction以600ml水煮麵底4.5分鐘, 再加入
醬汁煮多30秒就攪掂.

配上溏心蛋同豬軟骨, Yummy!

    一蘭拉麫得唔得? 呢隻梅光軒一般咋, 麵身唔夠質感, 個湯頭又杰得濟但唔夠濃.
