用左麵包機之後, 對於包包留意多左, 亦更加珍惜食到令令包包既機會呢.
爆師傅比左D令令麵粉比禾, 比傳說中的山茶花粉更勁抽, 叫做"Pioneer 先鋒粉" , 嘻嘻...禾放入機用咋, 可能浪費左D令令粉呢
唯有搵個MODEL一齊影下相先, 嘻嘻.



呢片麥包係爆既出品, 仲窩心咁配埋肥豬pate, yummy!


爆兔出品, 零舍不同, 又軟又綿密, 包機差9條街.


另一個印象深既包, 係Rachel's Kitchen Openday試到的Levain Bakery "紅酒桂圓合桃包". 賣點係用天然酵母. 好似頭咁大個包, 又好聚手, 一定好飽肚.

一切開, 有好濃香既"酵母"味飄出, D料多到爆, 食一小件已經好滿足呢.


有機會要試埋"玫瑰酒釀荔枝合桃包"呢.
