Le Creuset Cassis (蘑菇湯 + 雞翼天使麵)

Le Creuset 咁多顏色中, 最鐘意都係紫色同粉紅色, 相信巧多女仔都係cassis既fans呢. 今篇blog其實矛特別架, 係幫隻買左巧耐既cassis 19cm 開光之麻 xdddd




蘑菇湯 + 雞翼天使麵



2個菜加埋連洗連煮都係30分鐘, 懶人啱哂....其實越來越覺得cooking係project planning....要心目中巧清楚知道煮咩, step係點, 當中原因...就可以得心應手, 煮多d dish都唔會亂哂大籠. 相信大家既媽咪都係固中能手...個個都係可以同時間煮一大圍菜, 味味熱喇喇咁上檯既...而廚房都係只得2個爐頭, amazing!過程:
2min heat pot (同時chop garlic) (同時heat 另一個爐頭既LC PAN)
2min 炒garlic (同時chop onion+mushroom)



3min 炒onion (同時chop mushroom) (同時放雞翼係另一個pan)



5min 蓋煲蓋煮mushroom (同時洗返d 碟/刀)


3min 加雞湯中火滾起3min (矛野做可以去睇一陣tv)
2min 以blender打lan 湯, 加少少cream, 再heat熱但不要滾, 之後放埋一邊keep
warm
(同時幫雞翼轉一轉身) (第3個煲出場, 煲d 水煮意粉)


4min 等水滾
2min 大滾水煮天使麵, 裝起long干水
3min 同煲煮熱5-6湯匙蕃茄sauce, 加麵入去撈一撈




攪掂哂, 可以serve了, 湯加幾滴truffle oil, 極美味
意粉就一般啦, 呢隻sauce唔夠味, 大家唔好買
雞翼永遠都係賣飛佛啦, 食完 lam lam 利!

  17. e..the blender can put into the LC saucepan to blend mer? I thought it will scratch the saucepan wor.
