開壇:
材料: envy 蘋果2隻, 鴨胸一件, 牛油
(1) 鴨胸打橫cut一下 (不要cut斷), 介幾刀, 灑上鹽和黑椒略醃

(2) 蘋果去皮切粒

(3) 牛油30g下煎pan, 中大火落蘋果粒

(5) 蘋果放涼, 焗爐230度預熱

(6) 釀炒好的蘋果粒入鴨胸, 儘塞 (LC grill 開火預熱, 掃少少炒完蘋果既牛油上去)

(7) 先以牙籤封口

(8) 再用棉線札好, 拎走牙籤

(9) 皮向下, 中火3分鐘

(10) 返轉2分鐘

(11) 放上焗盤, 有蘋果粒剩下可以堆埋一齊 (不建議如圖, 要撥開d粒個皮先會脆)

(12) 230度8分鐘 (9成熟, 愛食生d既朋友可以6-7分鐘就ok)

(13) 切件, 配沙律菜同醋汁, 可以伴多d生果同食
