最後一試: Roasted Duck Leg in Confit

話說, 周未醃左一件鴨腿, 打算再試整duck confit...

方法很簡單, 將醃左 1 日既鴨腿, 撥開d醃料, 以鴨法 / 鵝油 (ccsuper有售) 全隻浸住放焗盤...以150度焗2小時, 之後再炸香表面就得了.


制成品....就咁睇好似都ok (係..係干左d), 不過一食入口就吐都吐唔切....巧干丫, 巧丫, 成隻鴨脾既口感同味道...jumpsad, 又失敗了

  3. Why Why you deep fry the leg?? I saw Jamie Oliver just pan fry the leg until it turned golden brown.

    不過啲死鬼法鴨條肶巧貴,禾想一鋪整4隻都過千,唔捨得整俾金May佢地食
