Orange Blossom 花花煲

一直都矛Le Creuset既花花煲, 因為PowderPink有左心心, PowderBlue自己又覺得唔夠CoastalBlue令...直到見到日本LC係2月新出既Orange Blossom色, 透過網頁見到價值yen27000既橙花花, 真係口水流一地 .


如意算盤係4月去東洋時親身望下摸下再決定, 但最後女痕泡湯都死心架啦...鬼整4月CX有得賣, 仲要係HK$1510連送貨, 即刻同blog友仔一齊買買買買啦! 好彩手快咋, 佢只係登左幾日已經賣哂 .



花開第一擊: 唔知點解, 望住橙花就想起爆兔, 望住爆兔就想起西lan花....仙女唔鐘意食西lan花架, 就整袋白菜仔啦~

菜...禾只得一個煮法 (蒜蓉+雞湯), 亦只得幾款菜係會去食既 (ball choi, siu pak choi, siu tong choi, lo shun, choi sum meow...睇得明就明, 睇唔明就唔明)


同場加映: 推介呢個磨蒜蓉既野, 係"呀咪"介紹既 , 巧方便丫. 禾經常heat緊LC時候就meet garlic衣, 放入去呢個睩睩中, 擰兩擰, 攪掂. 




當然, 禾係仙 唔係兔, 只食菜係會死人既. 所以就買左1/4隻新鮮雞, 中式醃料醃10分鐘, 就咁香煎. 用最簡單方便既方法去煮, 需要既就係新鮮雞, 千萬唔好用冰鮮/急凍雞就咁醃下就煎丫, 唔好味既. 


家常便飯, 方便又巧味
