交功課 '栗米湯" "帶子伴甘筍"

栗米湯, 用左師傅既食譜, 改左以雞湯去煮一隻栗米粒, 巧巧飲丫





另外, 參考左上次食私房菜既 "帶子伴甘筍", 用牛油煎香帶子, 再打左2隻小甘筍, 加奶去煮個sauce.....失敗了, 個sauce一d 都唔吸引, anyway好好醜醜食左佢...

唔好睇呢度少少野咁...禾居然係食唔哂既, 識禾既人都知我幾大食啦...真係好飽肚架呢

其實, 另一個促使禾買blender既原因就係....上星期無喇喇想用下個封塵雪糕機

決定整酸薑sorbet, 用本身既低能攪拌器, 攪呢袋野要分7-8次, 仲要係攪到好似薑粒咁, 又用魚袋又用力先擠到d 薑汁出黎, 明明好簡單既步驟禾就要用成粒鐘....
