Bread Maker | 朱古力多士

成功啦, 成功啦, 好味朱古力麵包出爐啦.





大家仲記得仙女上次既失敗經驗嗎? 用左5粒金莎朱古力入包都唔夠味, 激死人丫.

今次就用係cuoca買既入爐高溶點朱古力粒粒, 佢係用valrhona朱古力制成, 香濃有回味但唔甜唔膩. 配上朱古力粉, 麵包即刻夠味, 仲係好好味呢. 仙女鐘意呢隻馬拉叫"金裝Tudor"既牌子, 都係果句"夠濃唔甜".
 



新鮮出爐朱古力包, 配上咖啡做早餐, 活力充沛.





食譜:
Vital Wheat Gluten 12g
日本夢幻粉 238g
鹽3g
Avage Nectar15g (制成品偏甜, 可以減至8g)
Butter 15g
凍朱古力奶 180g
朱古力粉15g
甜麵包用yeast 3g
朱古力粒粒50g (攪完發完第一次之後加入)
