放上鍚紙/焗爐紙, 再入freezer 15分鐘

蘆筍洗淨, 切左個頭, 個身刨絲, Ribbon Asparagus 既意思就係好似絲帶般的蘆筍, so romantic~~ (原裝食譜係蘆筍頭烚熟再浸冰水, 但禾懶就掉鬼左佢)

蘆筍以黑胡椒/鹽調味, 再撈truffle oil. truffle oil 真係呢個tart既靈魂, 唔好省略呢

焗爐預熱200' . 酥皮焗8分鐘, 加至220' 再焗2分鐘 (上色用)

用d 野去禁低酥皮中間既位置, 放fresh cheese (本身買左ricotta可惜放室溫好耐都未解凍, 唯有又用卡夫mozzarella頂上, 好彩都好好味)

至於另一份酥皮, 禾打開雪櫃搵材料, 本身想用洋蔥蘑菇煙肉粒....但眼尾稍到近期必儲既envy蘋果, 不如就整蘋果批啦

第一個似 pizza 呀! 第二個 my favourite, 塗 jam 水或蜜糖水上面可能仲好味呀!
