照燒雞沙律





係market place見到呢隻照燒雞扒, 大陸野, 試下先


份量好多, 有2大件雞肉加1小件碎濕濕既


盒上說明煎要6分鐘grill要8分鐘..不過禾grill 8分鐘件扒仲係生既, 最後grill左18分鐘呢.


味道不過不失, 就同一般既油雞味道差不多. 新鮮雞自己醃一定好食得多, 不過唔可以太苛刻, 呢盒野係frozen野, 又平都死 (<$20), 放少少係雪櫃當罐頭咁食囉.
