芝士焗龍蝦, 只要有新鮮龍蝦料就100%矛失拖, 唔需要技巧, 又見得人既食物. 今次係人地新廚房煮龍蝦, 有ree哥哥做哂d辛苦野(斬+殺), 相對上小仙巧輕鬆呢.
材料: 龍蝦4隻. 配料以一隻偏大size既洋蔥之體積做單位
洋蔥x1 切碎, 牛油x1/3, button mushroom x 1/2 切碎, 麵粉x1/2, 上湯x1, cream x 1/2, gruyere 芝士x1 碎
(1) 以大滾水加鹽烚龍蝦5min, 取出要即浸凍水至涼.
之後去腳去鉀, 開邊, 會見到龍蝦係7成熟左右, 以鹽同椒調味

(2) 煮麵粉糊: 牛油爆洋蔥, 慢慢加入麵粉炒香

(3) 加入上湯煮成糊 (份量請視乎糊之稀杰...要汁生)

(4) 加入button mushroom

(5) 最後加cream, 熄火

(6) 淋上龍蝦面

(7) 舖上芝士碎

(8) 入已經預熱之焗爐180" 5min (芝士應該溶哂), 可以稍後調高爐溫, 直至龍蝦面之芝士微微金黃

(10) 拆出黎之龍蝦鉀, 可以稍為dup下個殼, 以鹽水烚熟, 又或者另外再煮
大家食完呢餐之後, 巧想番兜一次....已經定左1月1日再黎一round....
不過, 係剛剛出版既飲食男女中, 提出原來烚龍蝦係一件巧殘忍既事, 小仙有d淆...
