煙肉菠菜焗生蠔

有一段時間矛煮食了, 有一日得閒d, 要煮下先得. 係piago見生蠔做特價就買左半打.



 配上菠菜同煙肉, 生蠔洗好"鯨"水, 菠菜只選用葉的部份以滾水汋1分鐘, 撈起揸干水份



舖好菜葉, 包住一隻生蠔, 灑少少鹽同胡椒...


再包一片煙肉, 入焗爐以180度焗20分鐘. 食得, yeah!
