豬仔骨二食 (AUG 28 updated)

買左豬仔骨一條, 早一晚解凍, 打算跟令爆兔上世紀既食譜照煮, 放工前打算上兔窩抄襲醃料買餸, 鬼整 yahoo 更新緊個blog, d pose搵唔到丫, 大驚!!!

印象中只記得有honey mustard 同 橡子醬........唯有硬住頭皮自己亂醃啦.....豬丫豬, 你真係死得一d 價值都矛喇今次....




反正都係亂黎...玩儘d啦....一條骨分二份



(骨1) 2湯匙有籽芥末, 2湯匙蜜糖, 1/2湯匙海鹽, 1/2湯匙黑胡椒, 1湯匙糖



(骨2) 1湯匙核桃油, 2湯匙焦糖味糖漿, 2湯匙三葉黑醋, 2湯匙栗子醬



醃一晚 ...


180度焗30分鐘, 加法國blue belle 著仔2粒 (以油/鹽撈一撈, 好味都爆)


試味時間 : 2隻醃法都唔夠味, 當中芥末 (骨1) 係比較ok既, 只要略加多少少鹽就得了. 骨2 完全唔係想像中既味道, 甜味完成入唔到肉中, 矛層次感....可能要"乂"下先醃, 同埋要重口味先得...
