鵝肝做緊特價, 買左一片煎香, 配上酸車里紅酒陳醋汁, 天下美味. 呢個Sour Cherry真係矛介紹錯, 多謝duck duck分左一d 比禾, 已經分3次用哂了. 今次係鵝肝加紅酒port酒陳醋, 上次整朱古力MOUSSE配brandy, 仲有一次配雪糕食左. 可塑性咁高既item, 禾都要買番d 看門口先得~~
巧歡喜食鵝肝的質感, 又香又滑又CREAMY, 可惜禾唔識得"抽根", 唔知點去除佢入面條"根", 下個月上堂一定要留意留意.

行完Piago去堆旁邊的market place...有$10.8/3隻的紅安祺梨...想整紅酒梨巧耐啦...快快手買左3隻, 馬上用左一隻以紅酒 + Port 酒 + 肉桂粉 (搵唔到屋企d vanila 條...查實禾塞左係邊呢, sosad) 小火煲20分鐘, 再焗蓋15分鐘, 配bailey雪糕食. Yummy Yummy!!!
